Ramona is responsible for delivering operational efficiencies through cost control, technology and equipment while driving the outstanding operational performance of the Axiom portfolio of hotels. Operations specialist, Ramona was previously Hotel Manager for both Residence Inn by Marriott London Bridge and Tower Bridge. Ramona has over fourteen years’ experience working for two of the major international hotel brands, Marriott and IHG, and has a diverse spectrum of knowledge on all aspects of hotel operations.
