The team are forensic in the level of detail that they appraise and benchmark all our hotels, in order to ensure maximum stakeholder value. As such we are also able to provide a range of asset management services to our investment partners, alongside day to day operations. These can range from leading pre-opening developments, operational benchmarking, procurement assessments, commercial strategy reviews, as well as reviews of departmental return on investment projects.
